Rose was great from beginning to end. I had asked her to do a market analysis more than a year before I put the property on the market. She was great with that and I appreciated her laid back manner and did not push me at all to list the property at that time. When I was ready, I called her, she was on vacation and still took the call (I don’t think I would have done that). She recommended having Ruele May come and do a walk through before she got back to town. He did that, he was great, made some suggestions and I started on those while Rose was still on vacation. She was very knowledgeable, available and helpful through the entire process. I had lived in my home for 40 year, had zero prior experience in selling a house and I would recommend her without reservation to anyone.
