We cannot say enough good things about Rose. She is simply outstanding. She quickly helped us sell this house for a great price in 2007. The buyers walked at the last minute and then the market went down. Months later, she successfully found renters for the house. We rented the house to different people for 5 years and then decided to go on the market again to sell. We immediately called Rose back to assist us again. Her knowledge of the entire area and industry is without peer. Great negotiator. Knows almost all the other realtors personally. When we needed repairs for inspection she personally called multiple companies for each repair and arranged for it all since we now live out of the area. Great advice with regards to pricing, staging, counter-offering at multiple points along the way. We simply could not be happier.
